Start a Rescue Session
To start a rescue session with Netink Technology, please call us on 0844 357 9630 to obtain a unique Ticket ID. Once you have obtained this, you will be asked to download the Rescue Tool. You can do this by clicking the Netlink Icon below:
How it works
Thanks to our Instant Remote Tool, Netlink Technology are able to login to your computer from our office to diagnose any issues you may have. To do this, we have the 'Netlink Rescue Tool' which is a small application that you can download to your computer and open. The program then issues a unique ID and then connects to our technician so we can view/share and control your computer to help diagnose the problem. You are able to close the application at any time should you wish to cancel the session, and once the application has been closed, the unique ID is void and can no longer be used. This application does not install to your computer, so once you have closed the file, you may delete it and Netlink cannot gain access to your machine again unless you re-download.
