How it works
Thanks to our Instant Remote IT Support Tool, Netlink Technology have the ability to login to your computer from our offices to diagnose any issues you may have. To start a Instant Remote IT Support Session, you need to download a small application, which can be downloaded above. Once this application is opened, you will be issued with a unique ID and PIN number.
Once you have your Unique ID and PIN Number, you need to provide this to our technical support team, who can then connect to your computer. This will then allow us to view and share your screen, keyboard and mouse. From here, we can then use your computer to diagnose and resolve the issues you are having.
You can close the support tool at any time, which will then void the Unique ID and PIN number, which can no longer be used. In order for us to connect to your computer again, you will need to re-download the program and provide us with your new Unique ID and PIN number.
