Netlink Technology IT Support Helpdesk

Our support team are on-hand to deal with any IT issues that you may experience during the day.  You can contact our support team via e-mail or telephone, and discuss what the issue is, and our experienced support team will advise on how to resolve the issue quickly.  Our support team use the very latest in remote control software enabling our team to take control and resolve issues remotely.  We resolve most telephone calls within 15 minutes.  Should the issue not be able to be dealt with remotely, we will discuss with you about arranging to come on-site to resolve the issue.  Our support team are available between 9am and 6pm, Monday - Saturday.

Instant Remote IT Support

Netlink Technology understand that you may have users working remotely, and have technologies available to ensure that we can support your users, whether they are in or out of the office.  With the Netlink Technology Rescue tool, available at the top of our website, we are able to take control of your computer, anywhere with an Internet Connection to help you resolve issues.  Simply contact our support team, and if required, the support advisor will ask you to use the tool so they can view your computer.

The software creates a unique session ID, which creates a tunnel between your computer and a computer in our office, allowing us to view your computer securely.  Once the session has ended, the tunnel is dropped between you and ourselves, and we cannot connect back in unless you re-open the tool.  This helps keep your computer and network secure at all times.

Daily IT Network Checks, and Advanced Pro-Active Monitoring

Both during and outside of business hours, Netlink Technology have pro-active monitoring in place, so that our support team can monitor all aspects of your IT infrastructure remotely, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We monitor your Internet Connection, Server Uptime, Network Services, Network Security Notifications, as well as your Website and E-mail flow.  Our monitoring systems alert our team in the office with our specifically designed software, but also send e-mail alerts to our engineers that are out, so that our team can access them wherever they are.  This helps resolve issues with your network promptly, keeping your systems up at all times.

As well as our pro-active monitoring, we also perform manual checks of your network on a daily basis to ensure the running of the network is as to be expected, ensuring that we are not just relying on our monitoring facility to detect faults.  We believe that we could automate the checks we carry out each and every day, but like to keep it a manual process, as we like to see for ourselves, that everything is working as we believe it should.

Unlimited Server, Network & Domain Network Administration

Netlink Technology do not limit the amount of requests you raise each and every month, as we believe it is your network, and you should have complete control of it.  Just as with our Support Desk, all Server, Network & Domain Administration is unlimited allowing you to make changes when you need them, without having to worry about limits.

Netlink Technology can perform all administration on your network, allowing you to carry on with other tasks.  When somebody new joins your organisation, we can set them up with a new user account, e-mail account and then help them set-up their computer with their profile.  When somebody leaves, we lock all their accounts and ensure the accounts are no longer in use, and then set-up e-mail forwarding to somebody else within your organisation.

As well as this, we can also make firewall and policy changes dependant on what is required for you to do what is required.  You can raise all these requests by simply contacting our support team who will be more than happy to assist you.

Data Backup Services & Management

Your data is one of the most important things to your business.  Loosing your company data is just not an option.  If you are currently using a tape backup system, Netlink Technology will monitor your backup progress every day and should a backup fail, we will then contact you to ensure that the issue is resolved promptly.  If you would like multiple backup solutions, or don't currently have one, Netlink Technology offer a Remote Backup Solution to clients allowing you to automatically backup your data to several secure data centres across the US & UK on a daily basis to ensure your data is backed up off-site, so in the event of a disaster, your data can be easily recovered.
