Netlink Technology can connect to your computer anywhere in the world with an Internet Connection. Whether you are working from home, or about to start a presentation, we can login and assist you with any unexpected issues that may arise.
Simply call our service desk where our team will guide you through the process.
How it works
Our service team ask you to login to the Instant Remote Support service, and provide you with a Session ID. This will then download and run a small application on your computer.
Our engineer will then be informed your computer is online, and is provided with remote access to your computer’s screen, keyboard and mouse, allowing us to assist you.
Once our engineer has completed the required work, the session is closed. At this point, we will no longer be able to control your computer, and you will need to download the application again should you require us to assist you further.
