How it works
Our service team ask you to login to the Instant Remote Support service, and provide you with a session ID. This will then download and run a small application on your computer.
The service engineer will be informed your computer is online, and is provided with remote access to your computer’s screen, keyboard and mouse, allowing us to assist you.
Once the service engineer has completed the required work, the session is closed. At this point, we will no longer be able to control your computer, and you will need to download the application again should you require us to assist you further.
